We believe every Educational Data Systems employee should contribute to a positive work environment through cooperative and professional interactions with co-workers, customers, and vendors.

We want our coworkers to grow with our company, and we strive to create a healthy work environment. EDS is a family-friendly company, recognizing that flexible schedules are necessary in order to meet family and personal obligations.

Additionally, we seek to improve ourselves through education. In 2000, all of our leads, supervisors, and managers completed a series of classes through San Jose State University's Professional Development Program and received certificates in supervision and management. Recent in-house training courses have covered accounting, time management, various software applications, and CPR/first aid. Employees are encouraged to check out audio-tapes, books, and videos from our in-house business book and training library.
