Physical Fitness Scoring Services
State departments and school districts across the country have adopted the Cooper Institute
FITNESSGRAM® test as their physical fitness program. In the State of California, every
student in grades 5, 7, and 9 is tested annually with the FITNESSGRAM®, and reporting to
students following testing is a requirement.
Our services center around making the jobs of the physical fitness coordinator and the
P.E. teachers easier with a web-based ordering system, pre-printed scannable forms,
downloadable electronic files, and automatic submission of data to the
State Department of Education -- on time and in the correct format.

Your scannable forms will be preprinted with student information, then sorted and
packaged ready for distribution and ready for student testing. Your teachers need
only bubble in student results for each task performed, ensuring maximum accuracy
and speedy testing. Once student results are marked, complete an enrollment form
for each school, package and ship materials, and your work is finished.
